X2one is supplying Mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) services to Mobile virtual network operators (MVNO) internationally, empowering the Mobile virtual network operator to keep its full focus on sales while x2one company handles the actual technical aspect of the business.
The company markets products for both the private market and the business market including Mobile, Virtual Office, Call Center, Broadcast, CRM, Billing, Payment Processing, etc.
Among the company's staff are the outdoor salesmen who indicated to us their need for a system that would facilitate their work with customers in the field. Once we understood the need in depth, we created a custom CRM system for the sales team, built entirely for the needs of the outdoor salesmen Including an organised reporting system, management and filtering of customer information, the possibility of sending daily messages and promotions, customer retention and upgrading.
